We will hold the annual general meeting of Liverpool Green Party 9.30-12.00 on Saturday 15 July. The meeting will be in person at the Quaker Meeting House on 22 School Lane, L1 3BT, in the City Centre.
The agenda for the meeting can be accessed here. You will have the opportunity to hear reports from officers on activities and financial matters and to discuss our visions for the future. We will also elect various key officers as shown in the agenda.
Please register to attend via : https://actionnetwork.org/events/lgp-agm-2023/
A short description of the various committee roles can be seen here. If you meet the membership criteria, please consider putting yourself forward for one of the elected posts as described in the download.
Contact us via elections@liverpool.greenparty.org.uk if you would like to take up one of the non-elected positions, or would prefer to help with short term projects perhaps researching issues and defining local policy. Liverpool Green Party depends on volunteers willing to act on behalf of the Party. It is 4 years to the next set of council elections, and I think that represents an opportunity to rethink and refresh how we operate politically. You could be part of that re-energising.
