This past month we have had to bid farewell to Andy Fewings, one of our two Field Organisers. Andy stepped into the role in January on what at the time was a five-month contract. He would have very much liked to continue but pressure of work in his other career, plus the challenge of leading the Green group on Burnley Council, meant that wasn’t possible. Andy really hit the ground running in the role and made a huge contribution towards our spectacular local election successes this year. On behalf of the region we are sorry to lose him from the role but want to pay huge thanks to him for that.
We will very shortly be advertising for another Field Organiser – so watch this space!
